Had a crack in my basement wall fixed. ’58 Foundations & Waterproofing called ahead, showed up on time, were professional and courteous. The crack repair was just a stop-gap as we're looking to have the entire basement done with a water mitigation system. We'll be going with them for that once we get some other projects off our plate.

The thought of house repairs, especially to the foundation, can easily cause a sense of dread. We couldn't believe how careful they were around our existing rough ins and pipes and were shocked that our grass looked like it wasn't even touched! We noticed that there was a conflict with a rough in that wasn't even their problem and was an issue the original plumber, but because it was in question for a second, they fixed it for free!

We had multiple quotes, but noticed the other companies were upselling more and more, very used car salesman like, but ’58 Foundations & Waterproofing made us feel comfortable during the sales process. This review is a long time coming. We've had Safe Basements work on our basement twice since moving into our new home five years ago and they have been absolutely fantastic to work with. We had water entry issues in multiple areas within our basement and I am happy to report after their work, we've had absolutely no issues since then. I live in a lower lying area with a river near by & the overflow creek runs through my backyard. It also becomes a river with heavy rain.I had the basement drainage system installed in 2016 when heavy rain fall resulted in alot of water in the basement. The basement has remained dry since then.This spring 2024, there has been significant rain fall with very heavy rain just last evening. A flood warning still in effect. Affordable and easy to work with. The installation we had put in looks great and they were very detailed on how the process works.

safe basements installed wall anchors, two sump systems and drain tile in our house in 2021-2022. last night, 6/3, we had seven inches of rain fall overnight. both sumps kept up with amount of water coming in, keeping our basement dry. several of our neighbors weren't so fortunate as they had water in their basements. very happy we went with safe basements. would recommend them to others looking for basement water issues.

The ‘58 Foundations team did a great job putting in 2 sump pumps and a new French drains system with a battery backup. We have had a few bad rain storms since the installation and the basement is 100 percent dry. I would highly recommend 58 Foundations.

We were looking for someone to waterproof our basement that wouldn't break the bank. Insert ’58 Foundations! These guys were my saving grace. The financing was easy to obtain, the work was scheduled quickly, and the team of guys that came out to do the job were AMAZING!

After waterproofing my 90 yo mother-in-law’s basement 20 years ago, ‘58 Foundations made good on their life-of-the-structure warranty and replaced an entire side of the system and installed access pipes to be able to periodically flush it out. The guys were incredibly polite and did a great job.

The job was on time...complete with very talented techs. Heavy rain fell in our area - in excess of 16 inches. My basement is bone dry thanks to an outstanding job by the ‘58 Foundations professionals.

Great job! We had a couple minor adjustments after the main crew left and they were very responsive to get it fixed. Our basement does not smell musty or damp any longer with the waterproofing and dehumidifier. I would highly recommend them.

After my basement started leaking I did my research to better understand the problem, its causes, and ways to fix it. I decided on the sump pump method and having the trench be on the inside.’58 Foundations & Waterproofing wasn’t the least expensive but I felt the most confident and they worked with me on price.
