Short: Excellent job with interior perimeter drain, crawl space encapsulation, dehumidifier, sump pump, mold remediation, and foundation repair. In sales, Todd gave a thorough evaluation of my crawl space and a clear explanation of options. For service, Jason and his crew did excellent work in a timely manner. Their price was competitive considering what was done. As a serious DIYer, I was concerned about buyer's remorse but have no regrets after seeing what they did.

Long: I was impressed with everyone working with 58 Foundations. Todd delivered a polished explanation of options and the quality of their products. All my questions were answered, no matter how technical. Add to that, his service plan took advantage of existing electrical outlets in my crawl space. Other competitors overlooked this and requested additional electrical outlets.

Jason and his crew did outstanding work. At the end of each day, I inspected their progress and can say with confidence that no shortcuts were taken.

I should mention the superiority of the square "StormGuard" perimeter drainage pipe and the additional labor required to install it. Most companies use flexible corrugated pipe, which is cheaper and easier to install, less effective, and more likely to clog. This pipe came in straight lengths that required cutting, sloping, and fitting to work properly. The square profile with a smooth bottom allows more water to enter at a lower level and flow away quickly. See pictures below.

Ruben was very pleasant and explained everything and showed me how to remove and clean my filter in my dehumidifier. He is very knowledgeable too! I would recommend 58 Foundations for any foundation and waterproofing.

He was extremely thorough and took the time to explain everything so I better understand how the equipment works, what to look out for, settings, etc. He then went above and beyond and informed me of some things he noticed in my crew space, duct work that had fallen out of place, some possible water stains and more. I will would ask for Sheldon every year for our crawl space systems “check up”. 10/10 highly recommend!

Ruben done an excellent job fixing the problem we had at the pop up for the sub pump. He explained alternate solutions and gave a price quote if we decide to go with an extension for the pop up to give better drainage. Both my wife and I are happy with the service Ruben provided and with his pleasant personality.

These guys were easy to work with, explained in great detail what they recommended. The work crew was nice and the leadership helped and answered any questions and concerns immediately. I would highly recommend!

We recently discovered water seeping into our basement and contacted 58 Foundations & Waterproofing based on their excellent reviews—and they did not disappoint.

During the initial inspection, Lon provided outstanding customer service. He clearly explained what was needed to resolve our issue and walked us through the recommended solution. We felt confident moving forward and quickly decided to schedule the work.

On the day of service, Janilo and his team arrived on time and immediately began preparing the area. He kept us informed throughout the entire two-day process, explaining each step in detail. He showed us exactly where the water was coming in and ensured we understood how the drainage system would work. His professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail truly stood out.

Janilo made sure the area was clean once the job was completed and took the time to walk us through everything that had been done. It was a pleasure having him and his team complete this work for us.
