Working with Sheldon (who came and did the work at our house) and Patrick (manager, set up scheduling) was an excellent experience. They've stopped water leaking through a foundation crack, and made a permanent solution so if any additional water should ever leak in that area, it will flow straight down to our perimeter drain/sump pump. Will definitely contact 58 Foundations if our house develops any additional cracks that need attention, and will ask for Sheldon!

Update 4/2026: Sheldon came back for inspection -- there have been no leaks, everything is great. He also checked the sump pump again. I appreciate the followup!

From Alex going over the plan to best suit our situation and then to send Jeff, DJ, and Axel- who got the job done 1 full day SOONER than expected and did NOT cut corners to do so! They were efficient, willing to explain how to pumps/alarms work with explanations not over my head. HIGHLY recommend this qualified crew and business!

We are very pleased with the work that 58 Foundations performed. Reid and Kristen were pleasant, informative and very efficient as they leveled a sagging sidewalk at our church. They had excellent knowledge of their task and along with the right equipment corrected our 2" high trip-hazard in short order. I highly recommend them to anyone needing such repair work. Overall it was a perfect experience!

Had our screened in porch foundation raised slightly and leveled to where we wouldn’t have to worry about any more sinking.. The crew did a great job and were helpful in moving some of the furniture..

Jonathon, DJ, and Danno came out today. They were very professional from the beginning to the end . Jonathon , did a really good job communicating to me all the details and I was very happy with the end result.

We have had great experiences with 58 basement! They waterproofed our basement that used to flood every time it rained, but not anymore!! We just had our annual maintenance check today with Mason and he was punctual, polite, and efficient!

We needed quick remediation on a dehumidifier in our crawl space and 58 Foundations responded quickly sending a specialist to give us a quote within a day.
When the crew of 3 lead by Alex came out for the installation they were informative, left the place clean and were very efficient.

Very easy to work with the team and staff during my install last year. They did a great job fully encapsulating my crawl space and making sure the sump pump was properly functioning.

I went with the yearly service plan after seeing some settling and a small leak from the Dehumidifier.

I was very impressed with Mason's service. His communication prior to arrival, during the service as I was in work meetings (WFH), and post service summary. He fixed the Dehumidified drain hose, explained how it was pinched/ leaking and cleaned up the puddled water below it. Detailed the notes he put in the system to document things and photos taken.

Very impressed and hope they send Mason back for next years service.
