The guys at 58 did a great job for me. Starting with Nicasio Corredor who came out for an estimate. He gave a few different options and it was never a pushy sales thing. The scheduling was easy and then the guys came exactly when they said they would. They even worked in the rain and did both the downspouts in front of my garage and the concrete stitching inside the cracked foundation of the concrete slab itself. The crew was Jose, Roger, Axel, and Gus.

Glad I found them online and I was pleased with the whole process start to finish.

Alex came out to inspect a few small pesky cracks in the slab of our home that we noticed before listing our house built in the late 90’s. He thoroughly evaluated the exterior and interior of our home by using a self leveling laser throughout multiple rooms to ensure there were no underlying structural issues before giving us the green light. He also provided a report afterwards in the event the cracks get flagged during a home inspection. It’s such a great feeling to have that peace of mind before listing. I am pleased with the services provided by '58 Foundations. I had a significant crack in my garage floor and a foundation wall. Several other contractors recommended solutions to inject polymer under the entire slab, with cost ranging from several thousand up to $17,000. '58 Foundations offered a more practical and affordable method for sealing and reinforcing the cracks. The ’58 foundations team skillfully prepared and sealed the cracks using epoxy and reinforced the floor repair with carbon fiber stitching.

Mason was great in what he did and he deserves the 5 Star rating. He advised of what he done and of what was need to be done. The downside of it all , that I would rate as 3 Star, and this IS NOT towards Mason, is that we were not advised, at time of install, back in November 2025, that we needed to get an electrician to install outlets to plug the machines installed up and if we didn't have the appointment done, we would not have known that it wasn't working and doing what it needs to do. Now that is another expense, outside of the $12,000.00 install charge already paid, to be paid and we are not happy about that.
