Best experience ever. Super fair pricing along with expert advice for my questions. I had Keith come out for the quote and he was transparent on what he’d recommend and how to get the best results for what I needed (air sealing and encapsulation of my basement.)

The guys doing the work were prompt and clear on what they needed or were doing. My team was Wilson P., Bryan R., and Miguel Z. And each of them were polite and respectful the entire day. They completely did my basement and front porch in 1 day and were very meticulous about keeping my stuff clean/ensuring they didn’t leave any trash behind. When they experienced an issue, they resolved it by adding 2 in foam board and they didn’t add it to the total cost.

From the beginning when the crawlspace specialist Mark came out to address our issues I knew this was the company we were gonna go with. He showed up in work boots and work clothes, not fancy dress pants and shoes and then had to “change” just to crawl under the house. He addressed our issues that we were having and gave us an honest quote on what we needed. He didn’t try to upsale anything that wasn’t needed like other companies tried to do. I called and used the 0% financing that they offered unlike other companies wanting to charge 15-20% interest.

On the day of the project, I received a text from the crew lead Eric letting me know who he was and a picture of him. He also called and let me know he was on his way and an estimate time of arrival. I was not able to be present during the project but my wife was and Eric and the other crew members were extremely polite, took the time to explain to my wife what to expect throughout the day, and even was nice enough to pet and play with our dog so that he wouldn’t be freaking out the entire time they were under the house. Mark had originally told us it would take a day and a half to two days to complete the project but the guys were able to knock it out in one day. I was a little worried that they got done so quickly but when I got home and crawled under the house, I couldn’t find anything that they missed. Eric kept in contact with me the whole day and even sent me progress pictures throughout the day to make sure I was happy with how things were proceeding. After they finished they made sure to clean up everything to make it look like they hadn’t even been there.

I would highly recommend ‘58 foundations, Mark, Eric and the whole crew to tackle and projects that you need done with your foundation or crawlspace. If I need any other work done in the future, they will be my first and only call!!

I have just had a very pleasant experience with 58Foundations company! A special thanks to Solomon, Justin, and Nick for an outstanding job on my crawl space project! With the heat index like it is in my location..those guys didn't miss a beat!! With their hazmat suits on.. drop lights everywhere..they jumped on that job like they were born to do it. They worked together in perfect harmony...not a cross word.. zero complaining!! Thanks 58.!!

My experience with '58 Foundations was excellent! From the first visit and inspection by Mark McMichen, to the work team lead by Specialist Sergio Trujillo. The work specifications were clearly explained, and I received updates with photos and videos. I absolutely will recommend, '58 Foundations to anyone who needs crawlspace and foundation work performed.

They installed a sub pump in my house and I haven’t had a problem since. Customer service is great the workers are the best. One time I had a problem with where my water was draining outside and they came out and adjusted it with no problem. If you looked anywhere around my house, you would never know that I have a sub pump unless I told you

Robert and Cam are awesome! We had a very difficult project. location on steep hill that required Heavy IBeam install. They did amazing job and everyone at 58 foundations were very professional and had great communication. Highly recommend!
