safe basements installed wall anchors, two sump systems and drain tile in our house in 2021-2022. last night, 6/3, we had seven inches of rain fall overnight. both sumps kept up with amount of water coming in, keeping our basement dry. several of our neighbors weren't so fortunate as they had water in their basements. very happy we went with safe basements. would recommend them to others looking for basement water issues.
