When the original ramp leading up to the exterior basement door was taken out during the installation process, the salesman went the extra mile and built a better replacement which is also much appreciated by my plumber and HVAC technician.

The crew that installed the system are the hardest working guys I've seen in a long time. Very professional and hard working in 90 plus degrees. All I can say is if I had a business I would try to hire them away.

The work was explained to me at the first appointment and all pricing/financing was discussed. I was contacted prior to the work date to confirm the work and pricing. Workers arrived on time on the date agreed upon and took 2 days to complete the work, as was scheduled. Everything was done as described and walk throughs with the team were performed along the way. I have no complaints at this time and hoping we have a dry basement from here on out!

Honest and took care of waterproofing my basement. I had my basement waterproofed in 2004 and it does not feel damp but feels completely dry. In the past six months I had problems with the drain at the basement door clogging which worried me. I called and a representative came out a couple of days later and flushed the drain. The representative explained what was causing my drain to clog and recommended it be flushed every six months. No more problems with my drain. I would highly recommend this company for waterproofing because of their honesty and care for their customers.

Friendly and courteous service. They did a very good job cleaning up during and after the work. Sales rep didn't mind when we said we wanted to get other estimates, he actually encouraged it, unlike other shops we looked at. It wasn't a hard sale.

Turned on pump for us to see and show it would power up, we did it without water but they explained all to us for when we get water in the space and how it will work. A flood to remember

I just wanted to send you this email to thank you and your team for the great job on the pump system you installed in my basement. The team was friendly and courteous, and they completed the job in only a few hours. I decided that it was worth the money to have the peace of mind that there wouldn’t be water in the basement when the next severe storm hit. Soon after that, I found out storms were not the only thing I needed to worry about. Two weeks after the pump system was installed, I woke up to see water flowing out of the new pop-up drain in the back yard. There was only a light rain the night before, so I had no idea what was happening. I ran to the crawlspace in the basement to see a river of water flowing down to the pump. I had no idea where the water was coming from. I ran around to the front of the house to see that a water main had broken. There was a river of water flowing through my front yard towards the house. We finally got the water shutoff about 30-45 minutes later. A check of the security camera in the back-yard showed that the water started pumping out of the pop-up drain at about 4 AM. That means it had been going on for well over 3 1/2 hours before it was shut off. I can’t imagine what would have happened if that pump wasn’t installed. I was in the middle of building and remodeling a finished basement space in the house. Without that system, the finished basement would have been completely flooded, and ruined all of the work I had just finished. The cost would have been ten times what I paid to have your system installed. My heartfelt thanks goes out to you and your company. You saved my house.
