Honored as a Top Workplace

’58 Foundations has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2021 honor by The USA Today Network and technology partner Energage. The award program measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

“This award means a lot to us as a local home repair company. Our industry isn’t generally thought of as a Top Workplace, but we have career paths and professionalism like any white-collar business may have,” said Todd Prosan, president and co-owner. “A large percentage of our team has been with us for more than a decade and has grown from entry-level positions into leadership roles.”

What is Top Workplaces?
“It’s a way to find out which businesses in east Tennessee have the best company cultures and the results come straight from the experts… the employees, said the Knoxville News Sentinel in a video news release. “In anonymous surveys from our Top Workplaces partner, Energage, employees of participating businesses weighed in on what it’s really like to work at their companies. Fifty of those businesses scored high enough to be named a Top Workplace.”

“During this very challenging time, Top Workplaces has proven to be a beacon of light for organizations, as well as a sign of resiliency and strong business performance,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “When you give your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your path forward. Top Workplaces draw on real-time insights into what works best for their organization, so they can make informed decisions that have a positive impact on their people and their business.”

“Our team loves what they do and who they do it for – our customers, who are the people in our community,” said Prosan. “If you’re looking for a place that you can feel proud to work at, go to 58Careers.com and send us your information.”
